If there is light rain, the wedding ceremony will still continue under the cover of the outdoor pavilion at Anderson Gardens. Please check the forecast before hand and bring an umbrella if needed. If it storms, wedding will be moved indoors.
Can I bring a plus one?
You may bring a plus one as long as you mention them in the RSVP.
What date must I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by April 23rd, 2026 (one month beforehand).
May I stroll the gardens?
Yes! All guests are allowed to view the gardens at their leisure after the ceremony.
Please respect all of Anderson Gardens’ rules:
1. Anderson Japanese Gardens is a non-smoking facility, including the parking lots.
2. Bottled water is permitted in the Garden. No other carry-in beverage or food is allowed in the Garden.
3. Please help us keep the grounds clean by not littering. Please discard all garbage in the trash receptacles located on-site.
4. Guests must stay on the paths. Absolutely no climbing on boulders or Garden structures will be permitted.
5. No pets are allowed in the Garden with the exception of certified service animals. Certification papers must be presented for service animals.
6. We do not allow yelling or running in the Garden. We ask that cell phones are muted and guests talk quietly as they stroll through the Garden. The Garden is meant for reflection and renewal. Please be aware of other guests as you make your way through the Garden.
7. Anderson Japanese Gardens staff and docents reserve the right to ask any guest not observing these rules to leave the premises immediately.
